My name is Ryan Leak . I'm a speaker and author from Dallas, TX. that is passionate about equipping people with the tools they need to turn their dreams into realities. As I get the opportunity to speak to over 50,000 people each month in the work I do in churches and corporations, I realize there are so many people living in under-resourced areas who have dreams and great ideas without the access to the tools they need to actually pull them off.
That’s why I’m partnering with a non profit called Worthy Books that serves as a bridge between authors like myself and generous people like you to help under-resourced communities and organizations get books they’d normally never be able to afford.
I've written a book called, Chasing Failure: How Falling Short Sets You Up For Success, that releases in the summer of 2021. This book is a toolkit and blueprint to help someone move from where they are to where they want to be. It's a book that forces its reader to answer the question: "What would you do if you knew you couldn't fail?" And then it inspires and equips them to go for it.
Chasing Failure outlines my journey of trying out for an NBA team , lessons we can learn when we choose to embrace our failures, knowing the right questions to ask when you don't know what to do next, and how to count the cost of a really great idea.
With the help of Worthy Books, and your generous donation, we'll be targeting high schools, youth sports teams, small business owners, and dreamers in some of the most under-resourced cities in America to give them my new book Chasing Failure.
