Chasing a Dream: Black Canyon 100k and Beyond

This race is more than a competition or a start line—it’s the next step in a journey that has shaped who I am for nearly two decades. It’s a pivotal moment in pursuing my dream of becoming a professional ultrarunner. Running has been my way of pushing through life’s challenges, but after losing my job last summer, finances have been tight, and it’s been hard to keep that dream alive.

Getting into the Black Canyon 100k is an incredible opportunity, but I can’t do this alone. The costs of race fees, travel, and essentials are more than I can manage right now, so I’m reaching out for help.
