There are a lot of things I love about Chase. He is kind, compassionate, funny, and so thoughtful. Chase cares deeply for his family and the important people in his life. Chase has also taught me a lot, about being in relationship, communication and about myself.

Chase has been my rock, and I hope to give him back maybe just an ounce of the support, compassion and love he has shown me. So I am reaching out to our community, his, and mine and yours in asking for support to help fund his gender affirming surgery. We have Chase’s insurance covering the majority of the cost, but the out of pocket cost still feels out of reach for us. We are asking you, the people we love, to join us on this intensely personal and transformational journey. Your contribution will go directly to Chase’s surgery, but the impact will be so much greater than that. Any little bit helps, and if you are not in a position to donate, don’t worry, we still feel your love and support!
