Chase Gorny was Born November 19, 1994.  If you know him, then you already know he is someone who can light up a room with just his smile. He's the first to give a helping hand to those in need and the last person to ask for help, even when he truly needs it. 

Chase has always been a happy, upbeat person, but everything changed on April 19, 2019. Around 7:15 AM,  Chase was rushed to the hospital after a gun shot wound to the head. He had to undergo emergency  brain surgery and trauma treatments, but he survived! 

This is by no means where his story will end. With every small progression he has proved that miracles happen.  And although incredible steps toward recovery have been made so far,  this is just the beginning of a long journey.

Chase has a long road ahead and continues to fight with life threatening injuries. He has proven once again how strong he truly is. 

This campaign has been created to ease Chase's financial burdens. Not only those of the treatments received thus far, but those to come with his continued recovery, therapies and life adjustments that are still to come. So lets show our love and support in his time of need, as we know he is someone who truly deserves it.
