Chase Moses has been battling a chronic issue for six months, unable to work for the last 3 months. After countless doctors and testing, he and his wife have the opportunity to work with Biologix Center for Optimum Wellness in Franklin, TN. This center charges $10,000+ for his treatment, this campaign will help pay those bills and the travel expenses!
thank you so much!
Below is the detailed story from his wife Dana:
"Chase is one of the most genuine, honest, hard-working men I’ve ever had the privilege to know, and I’m so proud to call him my husband of 16 years. He is an amazing, involved father to our 4 beautiful children, Eli (9), Owen (7), Audrey (4), and Sadie (2). In February of this year, what we thought was just a simple bump on a rock while sledding has turned into a health crisis. It started with intense pain, and he turned to chiropractic care physical therapy. There was little improvement. The pain started to change to other symptoms all over his body: numbness & tingling, nerve pain, and then debilitating fatigue. He was powered by coffee and sheer determination to continue on working and being a husband and father, until he realized that he just couldn’t go on like that anymore. He hasn’t been able to work since May 15.
Symptoms have continued to morph and change, sometimes day to day. They now include what we think is POTS (postural tachycardia syndrome), where he isn’t able to sit upright or stand for very long.
We have seen some amazing doctors and medical professionals throughout this process, and blood work shows that his body is fighting something, we just don’t know what. Other tests have come back normal.
Our kids want their Dad back, and I want my husband back. We are ready for answers, and to be on the road to healing! It is frustrating to be shuffled back and forth between doctors, scheduling the next test or appointment that are sometimes weeks away. We truly believe that the Biologix clinic will hold the therapies and answers that his body needs."
