UPDATE 9/11/2021 : Chase has completed his radiation treatment and is currently undergoing chemo which he started 9/7/2021. He has a long road ahead. Thank you to all who have donated and those who are continuing to donate!

On May 4th, 2021 my dear friend, Sierra, received some of the worst news any parent could get. Her son, Chase, has a brain tumor. On May 7th, he went in for surgery to remove as much of the tumor as possible. The doctors were unable to remove all of it due to it's complex location. He has recovered well from his initial surgery but there are still many unknowns. What the doctors do know is that it is an aggressive type of cancer. Which type? They are still awaiting the results of a gene panel. The next steps for this brave little boy are to head down to San Diego where he will receive radiation treatment for 6 weeks starting June 14th. Sierra and Chase will be staying at the Ronald McDonald House, close to the treatment center.

Sierra has been a single mother for 5.5 years and due to this unexpected diagnosis, is unable to work.  I am asking anyone who can, to donate, so this amazing, young mother and brave, precious boy do not have to worry about any unexpected costs they may face.
