Chase needs life saving surgery!

I have a story to tell about a beautiful little puppy were naming chase (puppers). I had a situation fall into my lap with this little angel. He was dropped off as a sick stray at the animal shelter and i just knew he needed help, but we were not expecting something this serious.
Chase is a 10 week old blue pittie boy and what we thought was just an upper respiratory infection turned out to be much more serious. He has persistent right aortic arch, which means his aorta is wrapped around his esophagus, constricting and creating a pocket. He cannot eat solid foods or drink water normally. He is being syringe fed to keep him alive until his surgery next week.
If we take him to an experienced veterinary surgeon, the surgery will range from 3-5k.
he may not survive it but with an experienced surgeon, his chances raise astronomically to a 90% full recovery rate. His vet bill just for the diagnosis was $429 and the surgical consult will be another $100.
I have a group on Facebook where I am auctioning off jewelry and hand made bath and body products to try and raise money as well. The group is called patagium pearls.
He will be doing to animal surgical center of Michigan in flint if you would like to donate directly to the vets office.
If my baby doesnt make it through surgery, all money raised will be to pay off his incurred vet Bill's and what's left will be used to buy donations for the local animal shelter where he came from.
