Chase is a 16 year old Rockford athlete, who plays both football and lacrosse. He was in a terrible car accident on August 12. He is currently in ICU and has some recovering to do! He will be working a long road to get back to his healthy active self. We are raising some money to allow his parents, Tara and Pete Shuple, to be there for him every step of the way.
