Chase Burke Accident Relief
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Becky and I am fundraising for friends who have become family. The week of Christmas, the morning of Dec 20th, our friend Chase was involved in a rollover in Wyoming. Over the next 2 hours emergency crews reached him, stabilized him and removed him with the jaws of life in subzero temps and transported him by ambulance to Spearfish, SD. There they discovered multiple broken ribs, 4 breaks on his spine, a punctured lung, broken nose, and a concussion. By the grace of God Chase is home with a support brace but has major restrictions and a long recovery ahead. He will be meeting with a neurosurgeon later this month and surgery might still be in his future. Extensive physical therapy will be likely as well.
At this time he is unable to work and Kristin has been unable to work while she cares for him. She is also working towards a degree and taking care of all household duties for their family of 6. It is unknown at this time how long he will be out of work, how much insurance will cover or when that will come in. In the mean time bills don’t stop rolling in.
Chase is a great family man, married for 5 years to the love of his life with 4 children. We want to relieve some stress and help with the monthly bills that we can until they can return to work full time. Please donate, pray, send a meal, or share this fundraiser if you so feel inclined! Let’s surround them with a village!
