Charmaine E. West Memorial Fund

We would like to thank everyone for the cards and letters. Charmaine was more than just a mother, career civil servant and christian; she was a friend and the kindest woman with the biggest heart. She has passed on but her legacy will live forever. Her military civil servant memorial service is scheduled for late March and we wanted to show one more act of kindness to her family by presenting them with one final love offering on behalf of her friends, colleagues.
