My best friends Frenchie Charlotte was rushed to the emergency vet the other night because she could barely breath. We weren’t sure if she ate something bad or was having an allergic reaction to something. The vet diagnosed her with brachycephalic syndrome. They said it’s common in frenchies as they get older, but would require surgery. During the diagnostic tests they found a large mass near her stomach. A ct scan and biopsy revealed cancer and two air bubbles (bulla) in her lungs. This has created the most perfect devastating storm. It was the worst and most feared outcome. Poor Charlotte has already been through so much, back surgery and eye problems being among them. With the overnight stay and all the diagnostic testing, the vet bills have already hit $5,000 dollars. With the pandemic going on it has hit at the absolute worst time. She needs your help. Daria is one of the most amazing and helpful humans I have ever had the privilege of knowing. Her heart is huge. I know she has personally helped me in so many ways. She desperately needs our help. Charlotte needs our help. If you have had the privilege of meeting Charlotte you will know she is one of the most amazing dogs ever. I know she is strong and I believe she can fight this with the proper treatments.
