Hello my name is Jasmine and I’m raising funds for my my ex college and friend Charlotte Weech who was diagnosed initially with triple negative breast cancer but more recently diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer.

Charlotte is too unwell to work anymore (she is a primary school teacher) and so Charlotte and her family (Husband Ben and son Jack) are living on a single wage.

Charlotte has compiled a list of things she’d like to do, one of the main things is to get a camper-van. Having a camper-van would mean that Charlotte can still have family days out but have a comfortable base to come back to if she needs to rest and recuperate. Charlotte has a beautiful boy Jack who is 7, she wants to be able to continue to spend days out and make memories with him whilst the future is uncertain.

A message from Charlotte….

“When I found I had Metastatic Breast Cancer my first thoughts were Jack and Ben. I want to see Jack grow up and I want to grow old with Ben. I am determined for Jack to see me as positive,happy and fun mummy not a hurting, sad, upset mummy who can't go on outings with Jack. The campervan will provide me and my family a chance to explore places in the UK and France. Which is what we love to do. We could sleep, cook meals and camp out together making the most of the days we have left together.

I want Jack to have lots of good memories of me and Ben together. Thankyou to you all, I am so grateful for everyone who has kept in touch, got back in touch, sent prayers and messages of support. Thankyou for giving me the ability to continue to live life and make special memories for me and my family”
