We look forward to seeing you all and sharing the memories you have

It is with the heaviest of hearts and in unbearable circumstances to even begin putting this into words.

We have set up this page, firstly to help lighten the financial pressure of not just funeral costs, but to help support Charlottes Son Adam.

Just a young man himself at the age of 23, a man that we are all so very proud of and grateful for. He came to his Mums aid, calling the ambulance and staying by her side. He showed strength and courage in holding her hand until she took her final breath surrounded by her loved ones.

Charlotte had an ongoing battle of Polycystic Kidney Disease, and most recently an urgent need for a kidney transplant. These lifelong health conditions made life insurance for Charlotte impossible. Although in the end, what took Charlotte from us, was just so sudden and unexpected. A deep shock that has turned our world upside down.

In the early hours of the 16th March, our dearest Charlotte passed away suddenly in Southampton Hospital.

After suffering a severe bleed to her brain and undergoing life saving surgery, a second bleed was just too much for her body to recover from and quickly became fatal.

Peacefully and surrounded by her loved ones, Charlotte took her final breath and went to sleep.

Charlotte was a much loved Mother to Adam, Daughter to Lynne, Sister to Wayne and Auntie to Jordan, Jamie and Mia.

She was the kindest of souls, with a beautiful smile and a heart of gold. She was loved by all that knew her and will be missed more than words could ever say.

She gave her life to working in care, looking after the elderly or those in need of assisted living. She wore her supersized heart on her sleeve, gave anything she could to help anyone that needed it. An absolutely beautiful woman inside and out. Our hearts are broken, but our memories live on.

Please take a moment to think of Charlotte. If she touched your life, like we know she touched and helped so many. Please help us now with a little love and support for Adam and our family. Even just a share of our page will be appreciated by us all.

Charlottes funeral details will follow shortly and be updated here.

Good Night Charlotte, you can be with your Dad now and Rest in Peace together xx
