It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that Charlotte Gover (Andrews) passed away on February, 6, 2021 due to complications related to COVID-19 in the Seattle Hospital.
Charlotte was a wife to Lonny Gover; daughter to Ephrem Andrews/ Dena Esai; mother to Timothy, Scott, Kim, and Shawn; sister to Jeri, Effie, and Curtis; friend, and relative to many. She is loved and has touched many people's lives. She was always so bright and full of laughter. Words cannot express the feelings of losing another family member.
