Charlotte Campbell Cremation and Memorial

We are heartbroken to share the news that my Nana, Charlotte June Hickman Campbell passed away earlier this week.

Jan 30, 1947-Oct 3, 2021

She had been on hospice home care since February for end stage CHF and other health ailments that there was nothing treatment could improve. Vitals were good when we left and she passed peacefully in her sleep during a respite care stay while we were out of the country for a wedding. They believe she waited until we weren't with her because she didn't want us to see her that way although it doesn't make it any easier.

I appreciate all the support and condolences we have received in the last few days, it still doesn't seem real to me but we will get through it. I know she is no longer stuck with the pain and suffering that she dealt with every day. There was no life insurance so there is sadly no Funeral or Visitation Service planned but we will set a date for a memorial once we get the funds together to pay for the cremation. Any flowers or monetary donations for the cremation or memorial service can be sent to the house or here in gofundme. We will set a date for a memorial as soon as the cremation is covered first.
