Dear Friends of Charlotte and Toshi, we have decided it is time to update you about the seriousness of her current condition. Charlotte suffered a massive stroke due to a blood clot on the right side of her brain. Toshi thankfully got her to the hospital quickly. They opened her skull to remove the clot. She is in ICU and will be there until threat of infection subsides. She is experiencing some paralysis in her left limbs, but can feel some pain if stimulated. That is good. She has a long road of recovery and difficult times ahead.
She will need monetary support, but just as much, active community support. Anyone with skills in law, medicine, recovery, carpentry, please reach out to Alexis or Toshi. All messages of love with be relayed to her and we will let you know about visiting when that time comes. Thank you already for all the love. She hears it and needs it.
