Charlize Emma Jacejko-Cosby of Beaumont, passed away peacefully at the age of 15 unexpectedly on April 25, 2019. Charlize touched the lives of many and offers of help have provided much comfort to her devastated family, friends, and community. This fund has been set up for those who wish to support Charlize's memory through monetary means which will go to her mother, Monica during this difficult time.
