Charli's Hope: Fund Her Vital Surgery

Hey! My name is Charli, and I'm a 5-year-old little lady dachshund. My life has been a little crazy the last few days, and now I need some help.

I was enjoying myself at home when I decided to jump off the couch! When I landed, I was unable to use my back legs. My previous owner brought me to the emergency hospital where they told him that medical management was something we could try, but it is not a guarantee. The other option is an expensive surgery that my previous owner could not afford. Due to this, he made the very difficult decision to give me to a nice Veterinary Nurse at the emergency hospital.

Now that I'm in my new home, I'm trying medical management to see if my legs will work again. My new owners are very hopeful, but they are also worried that I need surgery, which is something they cannot do on their own.
