Hello everyone,
The people who work at Santa Anita all know her, for those who don't know her yet, Charline just turned 25, she left everything in France to come and live here a few years ago where she lives alone with no family except her friends.
Charline was injured in an accident that occurred Wednesday morning at work in Del Mar. She was transported to the emergency room in La Jolla. She suffered a pelvic fracture as well as multiple fractures in her legs. She had to undergo surgery to remove a bone fragment and place a screw. She woke up a few hours ago and everything went well.
Everyone who knows Charline knows she is a hard worker and we all appreciate her good humor on the track and at the barns.
It's time to show her our support for her long months of rehabilitation ahead.
