Charlie's Top Surgery

Hi, I'm Charlie, a transgender guy hoping to get my top surgery this year privately, having been on the NHS waiting list for over 3 years with no success. My chest causes me massive dysphoria every day, even with binding, and just thinking about top surgery fills me with hope and relief. Since I came out as trans in 2020, I have been saving for top surgery and I'm just under half way, having already paid for consultation fees and other gender affirming care.
