Charlie’s Morocco World Challenge Expedition 2026

Hi, my name is Charlie and I am fundraising to fund my World Challenge Expedition to Morocco. This expedition is a 13night trip which includes hiking for 4 days and camping out on route (with the help of Mules), undertaking a community project to enrich the school days for local pupils, learning and understanding the different traditions and cultures of Morocco. I am aware that Morocco is a poorer country and the living conditions will be a challenge (compared to what I have at home) however I see this as a once in a lifetime trip to build on my social and teamwork skills, challenge myself personally and understand how different people live.

The challenge will test my fitness, my resilience and my patience as I will be undertaking this challenge mid summer where I am told temperatures could hit 50degrees. I will need to manage and organise myself and work closely with my team to ensure we travel around Morocco within our deadlines. I will have no option but to try new foods and experience the Moroccan cultures.

Anyone that knows me, knows I am up for a challenge. The physical challenge is one thing, but raising the funds to go is another and forms a large part of the challenge. I am therefore reaching out to all that know me for support. The support will not only help me in going on this trip but will enable me to develop and learn new skills that will benefit me as I grow up and move into the working world.
