Hello. My cat Charlie just got out of the Emergency Room with a life-threatening condition with his kidneys and bladder. My mother and I thought that he would be covered by pet insurance that my mother had gotten recently. Unfortunately, she didn’t know she had to wait 14 days before they would cover anything. I covered the bill with my credit card thinking it’d be covered. Unfortunately, we were told it wouldn’t be after the fact. Anything would be great. Thank you for your time and consideration.
