Charlie’s last fight

Hey everyone. If you didn’t know this is my husband Charlie.

We have been together 14 years and have 4 beautiful little girls and one angel in heaven. He is in end stage heart and kidney failure and has been doing dialysis for 4 years with a life expectancy of a couple months to a year. Everyone who knows charlie knows he’s a fighter. He fights for his family. He fights for his friends. He is the most loyal respectful funny caring person we all know and his love runs even harder. Well the time has come. It is time for Charlie’s last fight and we need your help. We are currently in the icu and Charlie has sepsis which has caused me to stop working and be here at the hospital with him. Charlie needs to go to Mayo Clinic so he can be closer to the transplant and care team all in one place. The problem is Rochester is 1.5 hours away and we don’t have anything for a home or what a home would need. I know how many people love Charlie and I’m begging you from the bottom of my heart please help us get to Mayo so my best friend and soulmate can live. Please help my girls keep their father around a little longer. I know we all want him to live. So let's help him FIGHT!!! Please. Anything helps. Thank you and I will keep you all updated.
