Charlie’s Flooding Fund
Spende geschützt
Charlie Daughtridge recently lost basically everything in hurricane Florence in New Bern, NC. He was only able to save a couple of end tables, some clothes, and a few of his three children’s games or toys. He has a 21 year old daughter in college, 19 year old daughter and 15 year old son both in high school. He did not have flood insurance and is having to pay all expenses for repairs out of pocket. Everything four feet and below in the house has to be rebuilt, insulation in the house and under it has to be replaced, sheetrock, painting, flooring, trim for doors and windows, baseboards, flooring, nails, doors, caulking, appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer). He has a place to stay in a camper in his yard. However, money is also needed to buy gas that runs the generator in order to run fans to dry the house and provide electricity for the camper.
With the help of friends, Charlie can rebuild. Please consider donating any amount you can and share this link with others who may be willing to help Charlie.
