My name is Charlie Wagner, and I am fundraising for my Eagle Scout Project, where I plan to install pet water fountains in Harris Community Park and Yettie Polk Park along Nolan Creek Trail. These fountains will allow for dogs to have access to clean water on the trail, and prevent them from drinking creek water, which may contain parasites or diseases. Funds will be used for purchasing the fountains, which 2 fountains are estimated to cost $3857. Any extra money raised will be donated to the city for future projects.
