Charlie The Westie needs Surgery

Donation protected
My West Highland Terrier Charlie (female) who I got for my 15th Birthday (I'm 28 now)  is now 14yrs old and is still a very lively, energetic and happy dog. When I bring her to the park with me she gets so excited to explore and walk around! She's a sweet tempered, protective and affectionate companion. My Family and I always have really great bonding memories with her.  Charlie has been not just a pet to me, she's more like my daughter and best friend!
Unfortunately, the last few months she's been having a weird puss filled bleeding scab on her face. We thought one of her face cysts popped and we got her looked at and gave her antibiotics but it wasn't working at all. She's clearly in pain when she randomly bleeds through her face and even disinfecting her face daily wasn't getting her better. We took her to a clinic to get her checked out and they said it might be a dental issue but they weren't sure until we tried 2 weeks of anti-biotics for her. Since those antibiotics didn't do anything to help we assumed they may have been right but didn't know for sure until she came back from her vet and got an official 2nd opinion.
Turns out Charlie needs Dental Surgery to get her gum and tooth removed because its rotting her face from the inside out. Her back Molar is decaying and the rot has spread onto that section of her Gums and is connecting to the side of the skin on her Snout. This means that a surgeon has to remove that tooth and section of her gum, and clean and close her all up so that she can begin to heal. Apparently this is a low risk, common procedure with a high survival rate and the Vet agrees that Charlie has plenty of life in her and this would be very worth it to schedule for her ASAP since it's only going to keep getting worse and worse.
This surgery is MINIMUM $1800 that the vet won't allow us to do a payment plan for. There were a few Pet Credit Options I tried to look into but I don't qualify since I have really bad credit. I have projected that $2000 might be enough but I won't know for certain until I bring Charlie to her Consultation on July 24th. Her consultation is a $118 Fee just to confirm the Dental Surgery that would take place on August 12th by Dr.Zee who seems like a great Vet!
I am truly heartbroken that in today's economic climate there aren't more payment options to assist folk's like me to pay for Pet procedures. I have never been the person to ask anyone for money for any reason but I have been the person to give (even if it's not much) to all the causes that I believe in. This year I have been involved in the BLM Movement and have supported George Floyd's fundraiser as well as Breonna Taylor's. In today's society it's very important to not only give as little or as much as you can but to also Ask when you truly need help which is finally what I have decided to do. This is my last resort to get Charlie better again. I'll do anything to help my beautiful Charlie's health! She deserves to live the last few years we all know she has ahead of her. Please help me and my best friend Charlie!
