Our dad Charlie Riggs passed away Feb. 27th 2023 at the age of 64. If you knew our dad, you knew he would give the shirt off of his back for anyone. He was on disability for many years so he lived off a limited income so he didnt have life insurance. We as a family are asking for assistance with his cremation and memorial services, any amount will help. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and given us the thoughts and prayers.
