By now we're sure that most, if not all of you have heard the tragic news that our beloved, long-time GTMF friend and colleague, Charlie Geyer, has passed away after a battle with ALS. Charlie and Barbara, and their daughter Jorie, have been members of the GTMF family for decades. At this time, The GTMF Players' Committee has started a Go Fund Me page to collect contributions that will be passed on to the ALS Association in memory of Charlie. Their mission is "To discover treatments and a cure for ALS, and to serve, advocate for, and empower people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest." Please join us in honoring Charlie's memory and legacy by making a contribution if you are able. The Players' Committee will coordinate passing on all of the accumulated contributions to the ALS Association, and we will send Barbara a card on behalf of all of us with information about the contribution. Because Charlie and Barbara (and now Jorie) have played such huge roles in the success and enjoyment of GTMF for so many years, and have impacted so many of our lives, we felt it was appropriate to honor Charlie's memory in this way.
