After a five year battle with cancer, Charlie Fields passed from this life into the arms of Jesus, and to dance with his daughter Kate in heaven.

Charlie and his wife Chris were married for almost 49 years.  His two handsome sons, Charles and Colin were his pride and joy.  His grandchildren loved and enjoyed him.  His brothers were waiting for him in heaven, but his only sister loved a supported him through his long health battle. 

He travelled the world for business, and whenever Chris could accompany him, she did.  But their favorite place on earth was Co. Mayo Ireland.  They spent many wonderful times there. The picture ofhim  herewas taken on St. Patrick’s Day in Louisburgh, Ireland in 2019. 
‘Throughout his life, he mentored and counseled many, who now say it was Charlie’s words of wisdom that helped shape the direction of their life.  He modeled a deep faith in God, generously loved people and was a great story teller.  

Over the last two years, despite challenges, he continued to work and travel.  He finished his last book in March 2020. But there were also many hospitalizations, ambulances, medicines, surgeries and doctor visits.  Even with insurance coverage, the cost of battling his illness was high.
