Charlie DeAngelis & Family

Donation protected
A family's world can change in an instant. Words cannot describe how saddened we are about the recent diagnosis of my brother Charlie DeAngelis.

This week we got the news no family wants to hear inoperable stage 4 Glioblastoma.

Charlie has been at Mass General for the past week. With Covid restrictions he has not been able to see his wife and sons who are his world.  We are praying for his return home so that he can spend some quality time with his loved ones.

Next to spending time with his beautiful wife Lori (a long time assistant teacher in the Westwood Elementary Schools) and his amazing son's Chad and John, Westwood and sports are Charlie's passions.  He has coached endless basketball, baseball and football teams for his hometown and even continued to volunteer coach after his sons graduated.

The neurological deficits have forced Charlie to stop working and unfortunately he is not receiving disability pay.  As you can imagine this and the addition of medical expenses has put a financial strain on his family during this difficult time

I am requesting immediate support for Charlie's family for this hard journey they are facing and the road that lies ahead.

Thank you in advance for reading their story, sharing this with others and for any donation amount.

All is appreciated.
