On Saturday, 27th September, my family and I will be walking up Snowdon in memory of my baby boy, Charlie, who was born sleeping on 12th April 2025. We are raising funds towards his headstone, which we hope to have in place in time for Christmas. Any donations, no matter the size, would be deeply appreciated.
