Charlie Beyoncé has been a part of the family since my daughter Eliza found him on a wood pile at 4 weeks old. We bottle fed him for 2 weeks, and for the last 7 years he has dutifully waited for me to get home in the evenings, been my work at home office buddy, and slept with me every night. On Thursday 10.9.25, Charlie limped into the living room (after being missing for a week!) dragging his left hind leg behind him, and I scooped him up and rushed him to the Emergency Vet. After 2 separate opinions, it's clear the leg cannot be saved. Charlie will soon be an amputee, and the ER visit and surgery will total around $4,000. I have never crowd funded, and it is uncomfortable to do so, but having incurred several large costs recently, it would be ever so helpful and much appreciated if you are able to help out with my soon to be 3 legged kitty.
