Charlie and Tam

Hello,
We are creating this for our parents. Many people know them as Charles and Tamatha, Chuck and Tammy, or Charlie and Tam. However, to us they are Mom and Dad. We are raising funds to help them during one of the most difficult times in their lives. In August 2023 our parents lives took a drastic turn. Our father was admitted to the Hospital due to not feeling well. He was having trouble breathing and his heartbeat was erratic. The doctors delivered the news that no one ever wants to hear. He had lung cancer and would need to begin treatment as soon as possible. Our father was the sole income and would not be able to work due to treatments and the physical nature of his work. Treatments have been going well thus far and we have hope that things are heading in a positive direction for our father. With my father unable to work and medical bills piling up, this has began to take a toll on them both.
Then this past Wednesday, January 24th 2024, everything came to a crashing halt. That evening our mother (Tam) collapsed in their bedroom and was unresponsive. Our father called 9-1-1 and she was transported to Fairfield Medical Center where they informed us that she had suffered a massive brain bleed resulting in a stroke and cardiac event. FMC was not equipped to adequately care for her so she was transported to Riverside Hospital in Columbus. She is currently unresponsive and on a ventilator. The doctors have informed us that they cannot accurately tell the extent of the damage and they do not know when or even if our mother will wake up. We are still praying and holding out hope, but it is clear that our parents have an uphill battle.
We are asking for any and all prayers for both of them during these difficult times. Additionally, any financial contributions that you may be able to offer in order to help offset medical bills/expenses, and other expenses as our father travels back and forth to Columbus multiple times due to his appointments/treatments and wanting to be by our mothers side.
We appreciate whatever you can do or give!
