Charlie Allen Med Flight/Surgery

Charlie Allen had a diving accident in Destin, FL the past week and has broken his top vertebrae. He is going to have to be medically flighted to Little Rock. In order for him to get the med flight he will have to pay the cash up front. There will also be other fees along the way, so we will need more than just this amount for the flight.
