Hello, I am the founder of Helping Hands. We are a non-profit that assists with aid to help families and people in crisis.

We ran across a young man with a unique cause. In November of 2023, Charles was found unresponsive on the floor at his home. Charles was taken to a nearby hospital where he was put on life support. Charles was in a coma for several weeks.

Charles had been bitten by a bug on his head, which caused him to get a brain infection called encephalitis. This has caused neurological damage. When Charles woke from the coma, he had no memory and was paralyzed. Charles has been in the hospital and rehab for almost a year now.

He still is not able to walk on his own.

Charles applied for disability and was denied. Charles is now home with a home health care worker. Per his physician, Charles was told that he would not be able to work. Charles still struggles with memory loss and the ability to do his normal routines.

Charles is in need of our help. He is at risk of losing his home. Charles has no family where he currently resides. Charles went from being a director at an airport to losing just about everything he has. Please help him regain what he has lost. He has extensive medical bills and other bills that he is having problems with. Please help out; any little bit will be appreciated.
