Charles's Fight: Cancer and Financial Hardship

Hi, my name is Charles. I was diagnosed with Ewing sarcoma on June 9th, 2025. My doctor explained to me at this time that I had a very aggressive and unusual type of Cancer that is not typical in adults but mostly children. Within 3 days, I was admitted to the hospital and started a 5-day regimen of chemotherapy with other treatments to follow every 3 weeks plus further testing.

I am currently unable to work in my trade as a Union Electrician because it is a physically demanding job. I went out on temporary disability and a leave of absence until I can return to work as of now, I'm not sure when that might be. Unfortunately, my rent has gone past due and I am trying to make ends meet on minimal income and pay my bills as they come in and keep enough food and groceries in my home to keep me healthy while going through treatment.

I'm at a point where I don't know what else to do except to try and start this GoFundMe page and hope that there's someone out there who can help me get through financially with any donations they can give to help me through each month. I myself have always been the first one to try and help others when they were in need, and now I'm on the other side. They say to always give when you can to help others because you never know when you may be the one in need. Unfortunately, today I'm standing on the other side and never expected things to change so quickly.
