As anyone that knows Charles, he was the kindest, most sincere individual that you would have ever met.  His heart was huge and it blessed all around him.  Charles has had a bevy of medical issues over the last 5 years and to the collective dispair of everyone that loves him, he has passed on to his great reward.  Charles' life was as big as he was and he always had a kind word or a punch in the chest for everyone he knew.  He impacted literally countless actors, singers, dancers and tech crew through his many years as Technical Director for Theatre Tuscaloosa and Tuscaloosa Children's Theatre.  His son Hayden is his greatest accomplishment and if you ever had more than 2 minutes alone with Charles, you'd have been given a 20 minute update on how amazing Hayden is.  Their bond will be hard to be matched.  

Any money given will help alleviate the burden on Les and Hayden and will be used to rebuild their lives without Charles.  They are due to close on a new house in mid January and funds here will help with those upcoming expenses.
