Charles Underwood needing liver transplant

Charlie has stage 4 cirrhosis and cancer of the liver.  His numbers have gone up since his last Dr visit meaning that he has moved higher up on the transplant list.  When he gets this transplant he will be in the hospital 5-6 days and out of work for 6-8 weeks.  This means we will not be getting a paycheck every week.  I'm on disability and retired and not able to get another job.  I'm on oxygen of 5 liters 24/7.  We have contacted Visiting Angels to help with the transportation of Charlie to and from the Dr and monitor his vitals when he comes home.  After the transplant he will be needing to go back to Houston at least 2 times a week for blood work.  Because he doesn't have long term health care this will all be out of pocket.  I hope and pray that you find it in your heart to give what you can.  We will really appreciate anything you can do to help us and we really need your prayers also.
