For over two decades, Charles and Tammy have dedicated their lives to serving others, selflessly spreading the gospel and helping communities in need across South Africa. Their commitment and passion have led them to raise funds and build tabernacles for those who require them the most. Charles, in particular, possesses an exceptional talent for planning, overseeing, and completing these much-needed structures.

Yesterday, tragedy struck while Charles was on site. A fall from one of these buildings has left him in critical condition. An unforeseen incident, a broken weld on a truss completed by another worker, resulted in Charles falling headfirst onto concrete. The injuries are severe: cracks on his skull, a brain bleed, cracked ribs puncturing a lung, and fractures in the C1-3 vertebrae. Currently, he's being monitored for the brain bleed before being airlifted to Pretoria, South Africa, for specialized treatment. The utmost concern right now is stabilizing his neck to prevent irreversible damage.
