It is  with profound sadness and grief that I announce that my wife's son, Charles Scott Pogue, 24, of Spokane Valley Washington died early this morning in a tragic motor vehicle accident. Charles just married the love of his life, Megan Bloomer one month ago. They have a beautiful baby girl.  I grew very close to Charles over the past three years and came to admire, love and respect him. He was a wonderful young man, a hard worker and great father - a true family man. God took him much too young. Please reach into your heart and make a contribution.
