Charles is a 1 and a half year old boy who has been stricken with a rare form of cancer called Retinoblastoma, which is a cancer of the eye. Sadly, he will have to have his eye removed in order to prevent the cancer from spreading. Health insurance will not cover much of the cost of his treatment.
