Hi, I am Ramona Kirkwood, the niece of Charles, and on behalf of my family we are in need of funds for my uncle’s final resting place. All monies collected will be put towards a funeral to ensure my uncle a beautiful send off. He never met a stranger and was a bright light to all who encountered him.
