Chuck was just diagnosed with stage 4 throat cancer that has already spread throughout his whole body. This came out of nowhere and was completely unexpected. The doctors have given Chuck 4-6 months without treatment and as long as 12 months with treatment. Foretunatly Chuck has elected to undergo treatment. Chuck is a volunteer firefighter/EMT with the Rockville Volunteer fire department in Montgomery county Maryland. His friends and family from the fire service along with the helpnof Smoke and Iron Firefighters MC are trying to raise funds so Chuck and his family can have extra money to pay for doctors bills and knock off any bucket list items with their time left together.
