Hi, my name is Brandi, and I am reaching out on behalf of myself and my younger sister, Isabella. Our father unexpectedly passed away on Sunday evening, and we are devastated by this loss.

Our father’s final wish was to be cremated and placed with our mother, who passed away over 13 years ago. Unfortunately, Medicare and Medicaid will not cover the funeral or cremation costs, leaving us to cover all expenses on our own.

We are currently trying to raise funds to honor his wishes for cremation, cover travel costs, and hold a small farewell ceremony. In addition, we need support with the expenses of clearing out his home and helping Isabella transition into living with me and my family.

This has been an incredibly difficult time—especially as I recently had my first baby girl—and any contribution, no matter the size, would mean so much to us. Your kindness will help us give our father the dignity and peace he deserves, while also helping us move forward as a family.
