Charles “Chuck” Patrick Crawford Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Unexpectedly, on September 11, 2023, at the age of 62, Charles "Chuck" Patrick Crawford, passed away leaving his family and friends devastated by his unfortunate death. He was born on September 22, 1960, in Yuma, AZ, and was a lifelong resident of Yuma, except for 7 years he served in the U.S. Army. Upon his return to Yuma, he would work at Yuma Proving Ground as both a contractor and 30+ years of federal service for the Department of Defense. Chuck worked in various roles, to include Guard, Police Officer and lastly as a Range Control Specialist.
Chuck was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend to so many. He made the effort to see the best in everyone and was available to lend a helping hand to those in need. Chuck loved being with Ann, his devoted wife of 34 years, and they enjoyed cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers, cooking, traveling, and especially exploring the outdoors. The Yuma desert was his favorite place, whether it be shooting, hunting, fishing, jeep riding, or just camping with close friends.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Ann, four children, Patrick (Kaitlin); Ashley; Charles "Robert" (Jazmir) and Michael; two Grandchildren, Sloane and Audrey; and two siblings, Stewart (Annie) Crawford and Claudine (Mark) Brown.
It is with heavy heart that I ask for your help during these unfortunate times to assist his family with expenses. Any contribution helps and is greatly appreciated.
Chuck’s Services will be private; however, a public Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 3 to 7 p.m.
