In Memory of Charles (Chuck) DeLuca - Supporting Tamara

It's with a heavy heart we are announcing the passing of Chuck DeLuca on June 3rd, 2024. Chuck has always been a craftsman and loved to create and build things with his own two hands. He especially loved the home and life he created with his beautiful wife, Tamara.

He left this world too early and didn't get to finish creating his dream life with his wife. We know no matter what he would want to make sure she was taken care of during this difficult time.

In lieu of flowers we are requesting Donations that will go directly to Tamara for living expenses during this difficult time. If you are wanting to still donate flowers they can be sent to her home at 3220 W Saint Kateri Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85041.

The viewing for Chuck will be at South Mountain Mortuary, 7007 S. Central Ave, Phoenix, AZ, on Tuesday-6/11/2024 from 10am to 1pm.

We would also like to extend an invite for a gathering after the viewing to memorialize Chuck. It will be from 1:30pm-3:30pm located at 3220 W Saint Kateri Dr. Phoenix, AZ 85041.
