Donation protected
On Wednesday March 6, 2024 Buddy was in a horrible motorcycle accident. He succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday March 13, 2024 at the age of 19. Even with broken hearts the family was brave enough to make the honorable decision to make Buddy a organ donor. His heart and lungs will live on by saving the life of 2 people in need. We are trying to raise money to help his family with his funeral expenses. All monies raised will be given directly to his Mother, Brittany Fowler. If you can help, it would be greatly appreciated. This Go Fund me is being started by Brittany's work family.

Charles R. Bigwood
March 2, 2005 - March 13, 2024

Charles Robert Bigwood, age 19, of Williamstown, NJ, passed away with his loving family by his side on March 13, 2024.

Charles, lovingly known as “Buddy”, was a free spirit. Not afraid to get his hands dirty, he loved riding motorcycles and dirt bikes and working on pretty much anything with a motor. You could always find Buddy in the woods enjoying nature with his friends. He enjoyed fishing, reptiles, and spending time with his family. He especially treasured the time he spent with his sisters and girlfriend. Buddy gave in death as he did in life and was a heart donor. Through this selfless act, his heart will continue to beat and give life to another.

Devoted son of Charles E. Bigwood, III and Brittany Fowler. Adored big brother of Lailoni Bigwood and Madison Bigwood. Loving boyfriend of Gianna Marie Curcio. Cherished grandson of Charles E. Bigwood, Jr. (Janet), Thelma Smith (Jim), and Glenn Fowler (Rose). Treasured great-grandson of Charles E. Bigwood, Sr., Jean Marie Schafer, and Fran Clark. Buddy leaves behind loving aunts, uncles, and cousins. He maintained a special bond with Kenny Bigwood and Joshua Long-Davis who he regarded as role models.

Relatives and friends are invited to his viewing on Saturday, March 23rd from 1:30 – 3:00 PM at the Farnelli Funeral Home, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown, where a service will be held at 3:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Farnelli Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
