Hi, my name is Christine. I am one of Charlene's 3 daughters. My mom got COVID in the middle of July and has been battling for her life ever since. She was on a ventilator for weeks, put on a trach, and has been on an ECMO machine for the past 7 weeks. The doctors have discovered that her lungs are not healing and she is going to need a lung transplant in order to move forward. The bills are already going to be astronomical, but we cannot imagine what it will be after the transplant. Though we cannot put a price on my mom's life, anything will help.

My mom is the most caring, kind, selfless person I know. She is one of the strongest people I have ever met. She has always been the one to light up the room right when she walks in. She has a husband of almost 30 years, 3 daughters, 3 grandchildren, and another grand-baby on the way. She has always been who we look to for guidance in life.
