We, at Michael Dyson Associates, are organising a local charity walk involving colleagues, friends, family, and our wider community in Holmfirth, Huddersfield to raise as much money as possible for a water well in memory of our dear colleague and friend, Matthew Monks, who sadly passed away recently.

Matthew was a valued member of our team whose kindness and warmth touched many lives. In his memory, we aim to fund and build a water well in his name through Ummah Appeal (RCN: 1176082)—a charity dedicated to relieving poverty, improving health, and supporting education across the UK, Bangladesh, India, Pakistan, and Myanmar.

This water well will serve as a lasting tribute to Matthew, providing clean water to those in need and continuing the legacy of compassion he left behind.

“When a person dies, all their deeds end except three: a continuing charity, beneficial knowledge, or a righteous child who prays for them.”
