Charity Skydive for JB & mental health awareness

Tax deductible
Hi everyone, friends, family and social media acquaintances. This year, we had some heartbreaking news that no one ever expects to hear; however, sadly is too common. My cousin JB, a brother, a fantastic friend, and an all-around funny young man, decided to take his life. JB had just turned 19 years old and had so many who loved him. Those suffering from a mental health condition at such a young age don't realise there is help. Everyone’s pain, trauma, stresses and emotions are valid; I, someone who has learnt to be a completely open book with how I feel/gone through… want other people to have the opportunity & courage to do the same! We need to help young people to understand that they are at one of the most complex parts of their young lives, but it will be okay, and they can speak up about it.

I have decided to donate to a charity called 'Place2be'. They believe every child should have easy access to mental health support whenever they need it; they do this by creating safe spaces in schools for children and young people to share without pressure, arming them with emotional skills to help them deal with life's challenges. Place2Be support whole school communities to cope with various mental health issues from bullying to bereavement, depression to domestic violence and neglect.

I will be doing a charity skydive with 'place2be', and I would appreciate it if you could join me in making a difference. The fundraising pledge with 'place2be' is a minimum of £395. Let's do this!!!! If you cannot donate, I would be more than happy for you to share this to spread the word.
